1. If I converted a word document to a PDF, is there a way that the reader can figure out the day it was created? 2. How can I edit the version history in my Microsoft word document? 3. Or at least delete them?

Right click on the file, scroll down the pop up menu and select open with and click on Word. If not encrypted, you should get a pop up that says Word will open/convert your file. Just click ok. This SHOULD work.

Create PDF: All You Need to Know

Step 4: Convert the file to a format that Word recognizes Now that we've converted the file to a file that can be used with Word we need to convert it back to its original format. If we do this for each and every letter, we won't be able to see what words there are in the text. Open a new Word document in Google Drive and copy the data from the Word document. Right-click on the highlighted text, select open with, and choose “All Files” from the popup menu. Click on the small down arrow which is in the upper right corner of the open with menu. A new window should open. The format field on the bottom of that window will be “Word”. Click inside this field to change the file type to “TXT”. Click on the small down arrow again. A new window will open.
