There are a lot of issues with this method, but you will have to do that in order to get your Intel SDK for Java downloaded. The only way it can be downloaded is though your network connection or at most with your PC.(ATM I was able to get it through my personal PC, but there is a way to download directly from Intel developer network without having a PC or being on your home network).
