Here are a few tips for getting around this text snipping mess. It's not a problem if the entire PDF is in one file, as long as the PDF has no gaps left over. This page in particular is just a text snippet from a PDF page with the actual page numbers in them (though it would also work just fine on an online PDF page). Cut out the text, and paste it onto a blank layer.
