How do I create a PDF-view preview using latex and atom? For me, Ctrl+shift+b only exports a document.

I have 3 ways here. 1. why not just copy the wanted contents and paste it into word, and then save as PDF format? 2. If it is non-copying, use some screenshot tool to screen it and paste it into word , ten save as PDF. 3. If the contents needed is really large, use some PDF to word converter to partial convert the wanted pages and then edit the Word file and convert it into PDF at last. So many such tools there availabe and some are totally free. I am using Nemo PDF to word but it is only support Windows currently.

PDF documents can be cumbersome to edit, especially when you need to change the text or sign a form. However, working with PDFs is made beyond-easy and highly productive with the right tool.

How to Create PDF with minimal effort on your side:

  1. Add the document you want to edit — choose any convenient way to do so.
  2. Type, replace, or delete text anywhere in your PDF.
  3. Improve your text’s clarity by annotating it: add sticky notes, comments, or text blogs; black out or highlight the text.
  4. Add fillable fields (name, date, signature, formulas, etc.) to collect information or signatures from the receiving parties quickly.
  5. Assign each field to a specific recipient and set the filling order as you Create PDF.
  6. Prevent third parties from claiming credit for your document by adding a watermark.
  7. Password-protect your PDF with sensitive information.
  8. Notarize documents online or submit your reports.
  9. Save the completed document in any format you need.

The solution offers a vast space for experiments. Give it a try now and see for yourself. Create PDF with ease and take advantage of the whole suite of editing features.

Create PDF: All You Need to Know

The first version of PDF-A in 2005 was based on Adobe Reader 5.5. That prompted Adobe to introduce a completely new document format, which was then named Adobe PDF. One year later, the next version of Adobe PDF was finally released and became known as Adobe PDF/A. Because Adobe PDF/A is based on the Adobe Reader 8.0 version, users with older versions of Adobe reader will have to use another file format for storing their PDF documents. Adobe has made it clear that older version of Reader will not be supported further. In 2013 Adobe updated their document format to Adobe PDF. With it now Adobe-made versions of Create Editable PDF and PDF Creator become obsolete, except their original application programs that are compatible with them.
